The enquiry form on this site collects the contact details you provide — name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), city (optional), the machine you are interested in, and your message. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and to send you the Vendo company profile.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Enquiries are validated on the server, stored in our backend database, and forwarded to our sales team at Sales@vendosystems.com and Varun@vendosystems.com. Only authorised Vendo Systems staff and the service role used by our backend can read submitted enquiries.

The enquiries table has row-level security enabled. Public visitors can submit an enquiry but cannot read any submitted records. Read access is restricted to our backend service role.

Server-side input validation rejects malformed submissions, and validation error responses do not expose internal schema details.

The site is built on a modern React/TanStack stack and hosted on the Lovable platform, with the backend (database, auth, server functions) provided by Lovable Cloud. Data in transit is served over HTTPS. These are platform capabilities provided to us; this page is not a Lovable-issued certification.

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to handle your request and to maintain a record of customer communications. To request deletion or a copy of your data, contact us using the address below.
